…. and here is the update….

We are currently aware of a problem causing some sites to resolve to a 403.6 error which states the following:
“Forbidden: IP address of the client has been rejected”. Our engineering team is aware of the problem and working towards a resolution as soon as possible.

Thank you.

and my response

SO what is that suppose to mean? Does it mean my site will be down for the next month, next week, next 3 days?

When can I expect my site to be fixed? If it cannot be fixed within 24 hours, I will have to move it to another hosting company.

You’re response is simply not good enough. This is my business you are talking about and if you are unable to provide the service I am paying you for, I need to find someone who can.

Are you going to compensate me for loss of business and the bad will I am generating by having a message saying my customers have been banned?

going to rebuild my site on this blog and then decide what to do – mother f**kers

I hope you are eating lots of chocolate to get you through this crisis. I am very sorry it has been going on so long

So sorry to hear this is happening to you and scared that migration of my site may result in the same crap. Time for some backing up. Umm…Now if I only really knew how I do that >.<

Can you make me a banner for my blog? I can’t work out how to put a direct link to my blog off the website so I’ll need to stick a banner on it for people to hit on to redirect them here. Your site should be okeedokee, if not I’ll just rebuild it somewhere else, so never fear, Lucy is always going to be here for you 🙂
